てっきりみんなヒューマンで最下層から成りあがっていくのかと...

打ち合わせです。
クラス種族などを打ち合わせましょう。
クラスの配分はパーティーの生死を分けます。

nalのイメージは無視してもいいですが下記の通り。
治療１．５人（クレリック、ドルイド、パラディン、レンジャー）
前衛２．５人（バーバリアン、パラディン、ファイター、モンク、レンジャー）
技能１．５人（バード、モンク、レンジャー、ローグ）
範囲１．５人（ウィザード、ソーサラー）

　０．５人分はマルチクラス、あるいはレベルを高めないと取れないもの、など。
　位の塩梅で考えています。

※上級クラスを目指す場合、漠然とどのクラスをするを言っててみてください（たとえば、魔法戦士をしたい、など）、慣れている人なら誘導してもらえるかもしれません。

　階級の配分は、武装市民ひとり。上級民か臣民がひとり程度、農奴がふたり、犯罪者ひとりを提案します。
　武装市民は重装備あるいはカリスマの高い交渉役（リーダーとは言ってない）を考えてください。

　種族の配分は、人間三人、ハーフ系ひとり、デミヒューマンふたりを提案。
